Charlotte Avery (Cover Buffy) Aged 20, Charlotte trained at The Arts Educational School on the Musical Theatre course, playing leads in The Apple Tree, The Matchgirls and Babes In Arms. She has acted in the TV series The Famous Five and, as a child, danced with The Festival Ballet in The Nutcracker. She has appeared in summer seasons and pantomime. This is her first West End appearance.
Charlotte Avery started her professional career at the age of twelve dancing with the Festival Ballet in Nutcracker. She trained at the Arts Educational School playing leading roles in The Match Girls, Babes In Arms, and The Apple Tree. Charlotte also played the role of 'Marybelle' in The Famous Five children's series and an episode of Think It, Do It for the BBC. Theatre rolls include playing opposite Norman Wisdom in Robinson Crusoe at the Apollo Theatre, Oxford. She was in the original cast of Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria; 'Jolly Sister' in Alan Price's musical Who's A Lucky Boy/Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester; Annie Get Your Gun/Chichester Festival; Mrs Coles Music Hall/The Mill at Sonning and recently at the Birmingham Rep. in the musical premiere of Golden Years - the Jack Buchanan story - playing 'Beatrice Lillie'. Charlotte also toured with Alan Price on his 21st anniversary tour. She had the honor of appearing in Lord Olivier's 80th birthday tribute at the National Theatre.
