Biography (1994)[]
Trained: After leaving his profession as a Professional Footballer Kevin trained in ballet, tap and modern dance, gaining teaching qualifications in all disciplines. Theatre: Starlight Express (Japan/Australia tour). Dance: Member of vocal/dance Force 8. Television: Cannon & Ball; Michael Barrymore; Kate & Ted; Grace Kennedy; Cue Gary; 3-2-1; Tommy Steele; The Grumbleweeds; Roy Hudd; Jimmy Cricket and The Shirley Bassey Show. Recording: Numerous recordings as a member of Force 8. Choreography: Numerous trade and fashion shows. Kevin dedicates his performance to the memory of his father Chris Duala. == Biography (1988) == K.F.T.D. was born and brought up in the Toxteth area in Liverpool. Using a youth opportunities program he and three other boys trained at the Elsie Smith School learning ballet, tap and modern dance. Later he continued his studies at the Hammond School and finally moved on to the "Spiral" Contemporary School. With the three other boys he formed a dance group called "Force 8" and they became national disco dance champions. They also released a video called New Beginning and a record called Not Take No for An Answer. K.F.T.D has choreographed for TV such shows as 3, 2, 1, The Grumbleweeds and Robbins. He has also choreographed for trade and fashion shows.
