1984 Biography[]
Richard Bodkin (Rocky 3) is 20 years old, 6ft tall and was born in England, where his childhood was spent in London. A born singer and dancer, in his teens he went to Los Angeles to polish his skills. On his return, he auditioned and was accepted for the Ballet Rambert, but decided that he would rather do a mixed acting/singing/dancing course at the London Studio Centre, as he felt this offered more potential for a long term future. He gained assurance in front of the cameras in his many appearances on Top Of The Pops with Hot Gossip. His TV appearances also include Rumpole Of The Bailey for Thames TV and Dear Ladies for BBC TV.
Richard Bodkin joined Danny John Jules voicing the Firies in the David Bowie/Jim Henson film "Labyrinth"
Bodkin was Ray Shell's body double for the Uphill Final.
