Personality[]

Assertive, self-willed, two-faced. Slick is a cheeky character, talking back to Momma, who reveals herself to be a money-motivated train wrecker.

Story[]

Slick is introduced with the rest of the rambunctious fuel trucks during Freight. She stands her ground against Momma in believing Oil is superior. Slick gets involved with Greaseball and Electra to sabotage the race, for a price. Once paid (with Andrew Lloyd Webber bank notes) she and her sidekicks Lumber and Porter pour oil over the tracks. This causes Rusty to slide around dangerously then crash, abruptly ending in the race being called off. Slick then pairs with Electra for the final after Dinah breaks away from their control, and a few extra thousand gets paid. Her schemes come to an end when she gets caught up in Greaseball and Electra's fight, all crashing having had One Rock'n'Roll Too Many.

Appearance[]

Slick is one of the four Fuel Trucks, coded in yellow over the standard black base. Unusually, her symbol is a warning triangle, unlike the standard circular logos.

History[]

Slick is an amalgamation of characteristics of two previous Freight characters - Flat-Top and Caboose (2018 version). She has the anarchic, punky attitude of the Brick Truck in act 1, but takes on Caboose's major plot points of causing the train wreck when paid to do so.
