Personality[]

Tassita (Tah-SEE-tah) in the 2017 Workshop was noise-sensitive, quiet, yet very excitable, being loud in her race introduction with Espresso.

Tassita (TASS-ih-tah) in the 2024 Wembley production is a sassy, defensive, yet supportive coach to those he calls friends.

Story[]

Tassita is introduced after Pearl is introduced to the rest of the train yard and an argument ensues.

She races with Espresso the Italian Engine during Heat Two.

Tassita joins Belle to support Dinah during U.N.C.O.U.P.L.E.D. They did not follow up with the upbeat number Girl's Rolling Stock as it was cut.

Tassita introduces himself as Dinah rounds up the coaches to introduce themselves to Pearl.

He races with Orange Flash during Heat Two. Orange Flash has a fall and requires medical attention which puts both of them out of the race.

Tassita and Belle, with the assistance of Control, comfort Dinah during U.N.C.O.U.P.L.E.D. Upon blowing her nose into the tissue Control provided her with, Dinah stashes the used tissue into Tassita's hand, much to the disgust of the Quiet Car. With Girl's Rolling Stock still cut, they go on to watch Dinah become electrically manipulated into racing with Electra in Dinah You're Honoured, Belle and Tassita giving up on helping her unaware of the manipulation at hand.

Appearance[]

Tassita's first appearance in the 2017 Workshop did not include a costume design, so the character's design began with Gabriella Slade designs for the 2024 Wembley production. She dressed Tassita in eye-catching complimentary colours of pale blue and orange, with a logo of a "Prohibited" symbol to represent the "no noise" coach.

Role[]

History[]

Tassita was created for the 2017 Workshop to feature in the new lineup of coaches.

She was converted into Carrie the Luggage Van for the Bochum revival, with Carrie taking on her role from the workshop with some addition lines.

Tassita the Quiet Car reappeared in the 2024 Wembley production of the show having been built on significantly since 2017, and additionally becoming the first male coach role in Starlight's history.
